Section 3157 of, to amend, repeal, and add Sections 3213 and 3215 of, to add Sections 3151.5, 3162, 3162.5, and 3163 to, to add Chapter 8 (commencing with Section 3870) to Division 3 of, and to repeal and add Article 3 (commencing with Section 3150) of Chapter 1 of Division 3 of, the Public Resources Code, relating to oil and gas.
